All remnants of lots below minimum size left over after <br /> <br />subdividing of a larger tract must be added to adjacent lots, rather than allowed to <br /> <br />remain as unusable parcels. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Corner Lots. Corner lots shall be platted at least ten (10) feet wider than the <br /> <br />minimum requirement for interior lots as designated in the zoning ordinances. <br /> <br />Subd.9 Grading. Corner lot grading and street intersection grades shall be such that <br /> <br />there shall be no blocking of vision at street intersections over three (3) feet in height <br /> <br />above street pavement level within fifteen (15) feet of intersecting street right-of-way <br /> <br />lines. <br /> <br />Subd.l0 Double Frontage Lots. Double frontage lots shall be avoided except where <br /> <br />lots back on an arterial or colleetor cPmmtiiIity street. <br /> <br />Subd. 11 Drainage. Lots shall be graded so as to provide drainage away from the <br /> <br />building locations and directed down lot lines within the proposed drainage and utility <br /> <br />easements.
