<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 11 Subdivisions <br /> <br />specifically repealed by, or in conflict with, this chapter, or with private restrictions <br /> <br />placed upon property by deed, covenant or other private agreement, or with restrictive <br /> <br />covenants running with the land to which the City is a party; provided however, that <br /> <br />such private restrictions or restrictive covenants may impose stricter requirements than <br /> <br />established by this chapter, but may not decrease the requirements imposed in this <br /> <br />section. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. In any case where the division of a parcel of land into two (2) or more lots or <br /> <br />parcels for the purpose oftransfer of ownership or building development does not come <br /> <br />within the definition of subdivision as defined by this chapter, a description of such <br /> <br />land division shall be filed with the city administrator who shall submit copies of such <br /> <br />division ofIand to the city engineer and the Planning Commission. No building permit <br /> <br />for such lots or parcels shall be issued until the description has been filed with the City. <br /> <br />1100.03 Building Permit. No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any <br /> <br />building, structure or improvement on any land required to be subdivided by this chapter <br /> <br />until all requirements ofthis chapter have been fully complied with. <br /> <br />1100.04 Definitions.
