<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 11 Subdivisions <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Butt Lot. The words "Butt Lot" shall mean a lot at the end of a block and <br /> <br />located between two (2) corner lots. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 City Plan. The words "City Plan" shall mean a comprehensive plan adopted <br /> <br />by the City Council indicating the general locations recommended for the various <br /> <br />functional classes of public works, places and structures, and for the general physical <br /> <br />development of the City, and includes any unit or part of the plan separately adopted <br /> <br />and any amendment to such plan or parts thereof. <br /> <br />Subd.3 Final Plat. The words "Final Plat" shall mean the final map, drawing or chart <br /> <br />on which the subdivider's plan of subdivision is presented to the City Council for <br /> <br />approval and which, if approved, will be submitted to the county register of deeds or <br /> <br />registrar of titles. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Lot. The word "Lot" shall mean a parcel of land in a subdivision, or plat of <br /> <br />land, distinguished from other parcels by description as on a subdivision or <br /> <br />record-of-survey map or by metes and bounds, for the purpose of sale or lease or <br /> <br />separate use thereof. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 Easement.
