<br />Tables 15 and 16 compares 2020 No-Build and Build intersection analysis. The <br />2020 Build conditions show that intersection operations will improve over the <br />2020 No-Build conditions at the intersection of Lexington AvenuelGuidant Drive North <br />during the A.M. and P ,M. peak due to the installation of a signal. However, even with the <br />installation of a signal this intersection will experience a LOS E in the A.M. peak Build <br />conditions as a result of the heavy left turns into the site.
