<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 30, 2002 10 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Outlined in the I-35W Corridor Coalition Build-Out Study for sixty <br />days. The motion carried 3-1 (Mayor Probst). <br /> <br />5. Resolution No. 02-47: Approving the 2002 General Election Judges <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski stated she had received a request to hold the election <br />in the City Council Chambers. Mr. Lynch replied there was no reason they could <br />not use the Council Chambers, but they would need to move the staff areas and the <br />podium, and with all of the technology in the room, it would be more work to do it <br />in the Council Chambers. Mr. Lynch added the basement was easily accessible by <br />the elevator, but if the Council wanted the election in the Council Chambers it <br />could be held there. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Member Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 02-47: Approving the <br />2002 General Election Judges. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />FINANCE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />C. TCAAP - Update <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish stated staff and project consultants were in the process of finalizing <br />letters to be sent to potential members of the Advisory Panel. He indicated <br />Representative McCollum facilitated a meeting on September 23 which focused <br />on a presentation by the General Services Administration. He stated the Ramsey <br />County Board had authorized the inclusion on the 49-acre wildlife corridor into <br />the existing 113-acre Rice Creek Corridor. He indicated the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District had included $30,000 in their budget for TCAAP planning <br />activities. He noted the Army and GSA were in the process of developing a scope <br />of services for a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. <br /> <br />7.
