<br />c. <br /> <br />Determination of the HMRV exterior vehicle color <br />and markings. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />d. Determination of the configuration and type of <br />equipment to be mounted on and within the HMRV. <br /> <br />e. Determination of the specific type and quantities <br />of specialized hazardous materials equipment, <br />supplies, protective gear for personnel and <br />ancillary items necessary to equip and operate the <br />HMRV. <br /> <br />f. Determine the manner in which the property and <br />materials acquired pursuant to the terms of this <br />Shared Service Agreement shall be allocated in the <br />event of termination of the Agreement; provided <br />however, that upon termination of the Agreement, <br />the HMRV shall be the sole property of the City of <br />New Brighton. <br /> <br />g. All other day to day operational activities needed <br />to fully implement this Agreement. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Allocation of Costs. Unless otherwise provided for <br />herein, all costs relating to the initial retrofit and <br />equipping of the HMRV and all operating costs for the <br />HMRV shall be shared equally between New Brighton, <br />Roseville and the LJFD. Arden Hills, North Oaks and <br />Shoreview agree to pay their share of any costs allocated <br />to the LJFD pursuant to and subject to the terms of each <br />Cities' fire service agreement with the LJFD. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. HMRV. New Brighton, at its cost, shall provide a 1972 <br />GMC l4-foot step van which will serve as the HMRV. New <br />Brighton shall retain its registered ownership of the <br />vehicle and maintain motor vehicle insurance on it. New <br />Brighton may allocate insurance costs for the HMRV in <br />accordance with Paragraph 2. <br /> <br />4. Replacing Equipment and Supplies. Unless otherwise <br />agreed to by the Operations Committee, equipment and <br />supplies used from the HMRV shall be replaced promptly by <br />the Fire Department who used and expended the items. If <br />a Fire Department fails promptly to replace the items, <br />the Operations Committee may make the replacement and <br />invoice the defaulting Fire Department for such costs. <br />It is intended that the HMRV shall be fully equipped at <br />all times with the equipment and supplies agreed to by <br />the Operations Committee. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br />
