(Council Member Aplikowski). <br /> <br />Mayor Probst asked if the Council wanted to include Hamline Trail III the <br />improvements and if so, what width and type of surface they wanted. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst offered an eight foot bituminous that connected into the MSI Trail. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member <br />Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve a six foot <br />bituminous surface that connects to the bituminous surface on <br />the insurance company property. <br /> <br />Council Member Grant stated he would prefer a wood chip trail. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Mayor Probst <br />seconded a motion to amend the six foot bituminous surface to <br />an eight foot bituminous surface. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem stated she was in favor of a six foot, wood chip trail. <br /> <br />The amendment carried (4-1). (Council Member Rem) <br /> <br />The original motion carried (3-2). (Council Members Rem and Grant) <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Larson <br />seconded a motion that would exclude the three car parking lot <br />from the design. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved that all streets in the Ingerson <br />Neighborhood be 28-feet, with exception of Ingerson Court, <br />which is 24-feet, and North Hamline Avenue - south of <br />Ingerson Court, which is 26-feet.
