The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member <br />Aplikowski seconded a motion to authorize staff to accept the <br />final plans and specifications for the Karth Lake/Ingerson 2003 <br />PMP. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Mayor Probst recessed the meeting at 9:50 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at <br />9:57 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member <br />Aplikowski seconded a motion to extend the meeting until <br />II :00 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />6. COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Planning Case No. 02-20: Nelson PUD Amendment, Cleveland and <br />County Road D <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish explained the applicant was requesting an amendment to a previously <br />approved Master and Final Planned Unit Development, to construct an office <br />building at the corner of County Road D and Cleveland A venue. He stated the <br />Planning Commission recommended that the proposed Master and Final Plan <br />Planned Unit Development be approved with conditions. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted this was a better project than what was originally approved <br />and he would support it. <br /> <br />Council Member Larson agreed the development was improved and did not have a <br />problem with the balconies, noting that if a residential home was built on the <br />property they could have a balcony and the neighbors would have no say in it. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member <br />Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Planning Case No. <br />02-20: Aaron Nelson, Master and Final Plan PUD Amendment, <br />County Road D and Cleveland A venue conditioned on the <br />removal of the on-street parking, <br />
