The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Planning Case No. 02-34: <br />Permit; 1700 Highway 96 <br /> <br />North Heights Church; Special Use <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers stated the applicant was requesting approval of a Special Use Permit <br />to allow high school enrollment at the current North Heights Family Life Center in <br />Arden Hills. The Planning Commission recommended approval, subject to <br />conditions as noted in staffs report dated December] 0,2002. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moyed and Council Member <br />Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve "Planning Case No. <br />02-34: North Heights Church; Special Use Permit; 1700 <br />Highway 96 subject to the condition as noted in staffs report <br />dated December 10, 2002". Cancel December 30, 2002 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Member <br />Grant seconded a motion to Cancel the December 30, 2002 <br />City Council Meeting.
