<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 16, 2002 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Member <br />Larson seconded a motion to approve Planning Case No. 02- <br />32: Kim Tramm, Arden Ridge PUD, Cleveland & CR E-2, <br />subject to the 21 recommendations as noted in staffs <br />December 12, 2002 report and amending recommendation <br />number 13 wording from sidewalk to a trail along County Road <br />E-2". <br /> <br />Mr. Filla noted the wording in recommendation number 13 should read: "The <br />applicant shall provide and install a trail within the public right-of-way along the <br />north side of the property, and applicant shall provide and install a sidewalk within <br />the public right-of-way along the west side of the property". <br /> <br />Council Member Larson requested further landscaping be placed along the <br />parking lot and directed staff to work this out with the applicant. <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski requested staff work with the applicant regarding the <br />type of trail that would be put in. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />E. Planning Case No. 02-33: Manufacturer's Services; Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment; 4200 Round Lake Road <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers stated the applicant was requesting the review of an amendment to a <br />Planned Unit Development to replace a 1,500 gallon nitrogen storage tank with a <br />13,000 gallon nitrogen storage tank and the accompanying vaporizers. The <br />Planning Commission recommended approval, subject to conditions as noted in <br />staffs report dated December 12, 2002. <br /> <br />Mike Buseman, Manufacturers' Services, stated they wanted to extend the <br />screening to the south and vertically to 23' to screen the vaporizers. He stated <br />they would work with staffregarding the screening. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Grant <br />seconded a motion to approye Planning Case No. 02-33: <br />Manufacturer's Services; Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment; 4200 Round Lake Road, subject to the condition <br />
