Erosion control practices will be identified in the final site grading and
construction plans as required by the NPDES permit and in accordance with the City of Arden
Hills and Rice Creek Watershed District's erosion/sedimentation control standards.

3.3.3 Implementation Information

AGENCY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW OF IMP ACTS/MITIGA TION PLANS

.

City of Arden Hills
Rice Creek Watershed District
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA)

.

REGULATORY PROGRAMS RELATED TO MITIGATION PLAN APPROVAL AND
MITIGA nON PLAN COMPLIANCE MONITORING

.

PUD Pennit and Development Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and the Guidant
Corporation

City of Arden Hills Building/Grading Permit

Rice Creek Watershed District Drainage Plan Review and Approval

MPCA NPDES ConstlUction Permit

TIME FRAME FOR IMPLEMENT A TION OF MITIGA TlON

All erosion control measures will be installed prior to grading operations and maintained until all
disturbed areas have been restorcd.
