February 3, 2003 Letter from Jim Tolaas to property owners, <br />4, Recommendations of the Arden Hills Highway 96 Task Force -1997 <br />(also provided to residents at the public information meeting on <br />February 12, 2002), <br /> <br />ReQuest <br /> <br />Discuss the following items for the reconstfllction of Highway 96: ground cover types, <br />landscaping, sidewalks and trails on north and south side of Highway 96, irrigation (optional- at <br />cost to City), lighting (optional- at cost to City), should a Gateway Sign be placed at Lexington <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Backeround <br /> <br />The City Council at their November 18, 2002 Work Session reviewed plans from Ramsey <br />County for the reconstruction of Highway 96 (from Lexington Avenue to just west of the current <br />North Heights driveway entrance) and Lexington Avenue (from just south of Highway 96 to <br />approximately Guidant Drive North).
