. MDA Biography Janice Mileo Consultant Janice Mileo loves to help leaders achieve their goals. She has a rare combination of business savvy and knowledge of people that gives her an advantage in understanding what's getting in the way for leaders and their teams. She is an excellent listener and has a practical, down-to-earth nature that comes from her experience as a member of a successful senior leadership team. . Janice's two decades of experience in both the business and legal professions gives her broad real-world experience that she uses in her work with clients at MDA. Her experience as a vice president and corporate counsel in an organization that transitioned three CEO's during her 12-year tenure gave her an appreciation for the crucial role of the "people side" of the business, propelling her to move from a management role into leadership consulting. Janice is new to MDA in 2002 and brings consulting expertise in executive coaching, assessment, conflict resolution, and leadership development. Her experience includes work for organizations including Harmon AutoGlass, the City of Minneapolis, Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, Shalom Home, and the law firm of Balogh Becker Ltd. Currently, Janice is finalizing her Doctorate in Psychology from Argosy University (formerly the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology). She holds her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. from Carleton College. When she's away from the office, Janice enjoys spending time with her two teenage daughters and attending musicals, the latest of which was A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings at the Children's Theater Company.
