<br />I <br /> <br />I <br />,. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Page Five <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Six Month Performance Evaluation <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />If requested by the City Council, we will assist the City Council and the City Administrator in conducting <br />a six month evaluation and developing a Work Program that will contain objectives for the City <br />Administrator to accomplish in the ensuing 6 to 12 months. The only cost incurred for this service <br />will be expenses. . <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Guarantee <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />If the City utilizes the entire process, Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III, as described, The Brimeyer Group <br />offers an IS-month guarantee on dle effectiveness of the City Administrator. Should the City determine it <br />necessary to terminate the City Administrator due to failure to adequately perform the duties as specified <br />in the Profile and as represented by the process, we will refill the position at no additional fee and will <br />charge expenses only. We offer this assurance because of our confidence in the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the process. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />-. <br />I <br /> <br />Should there be substantial changes in the political situation at the City of Arden Hills and a decision is <br />made to terminate the City Administrator for reasons other than failure to perform the duties as specified <br />in the Position Profile, this guarantee is subject to negotiations between the City and The Brimeyer <br />Group. The Brimeyer Group will not recruit candidates we have placed widl your organization. <br /> <br />Costs <br /> <br />EXPENSES <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Brimeyer Group, Inc. will bill expenses direcdy related to the assignment. Necessary expenses <br />include announcements, travel, me:als, lodging, long distance telephone, printing, credential verification, <br />print media search, mailing. courier service, and administrative expenses. OUf expenses for this <br />assignment will not exceed $2,000. This estimate does not include costs associated with candidates' <br />expenses for the final interview. These expenses are influenced hy the following factors: numher <br />of candidates invited to interview, location of candidates, spouse and family attendance, meals <br />and hotel accommodations provided. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />FEE FOR SERVICE <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Brimeyer Group will charge a flat fee of$14,000 to complete this assignment.
