Landscape Area The landscape area requirement for the I-I district states that a minimum of 35% of the property should be kept as landscape area. The Guidant PUD Master Plan significantly exceeded the requirements for landscape area by having 53.4% of the property as landscape area. This represents an increase of 28,279 square feet from the previously approved Master Plan PUD. Phasing The phasing schedule of improvements for the Master Plan will not be affected by the changes made in the Amendment. The changes proposed in the amendment contemplate tweaking the layout of the campus and not changing where the construction of the buildings would be on the phasing schedule. 5. Parking The proposed changes to the campus layout will not greatly affect the long-term parking situation of the campus. The changes translate to a loss of 24 parking spaces (west of Building M) from the approved Master Plan PUD. 6. Height of Buildings Most building heights will not be affected by the changes proposed in the Master Plan PUD Amendment. However, Building L and Building Addition I (shaded in gray) will increase by 3 feet and 6 feet six inches respectively. These heights represent the highest point on both buildings. The majority of Building L will reach a height of 50 feet; only at the penthouse (which houses the mechanical equipment) does the height of the building reach 65 feet.
