The issue becomes whether the review is slrictly limited <br />to parcels that encompass the existing Building F, or the entire Guidant campus. Where possible <br />and/or practical, the site is evaluated as a whole. In addition, staff has placed a condition on the <br />site plan approval that final plat approval is given prior to the issuance of a building permit.
