<br />that City maintenance staff will periodically inspect the weir and outlet pipes in . <br />the basin (1-2 times per year) and remove silt deposits from the basin as they <br />accumulate. The silt will be removed by a truck parked on Ingerson Road or <br />Fernwood Court with an extended "vacuum" hose. A long arm type of backhoe is <br />also commonly used for silt removal. At the City's expense, the City will make <br />any repairs, maintenance and/or replacement to the basin edge and/or the weir in <br />the future. <br />. In consideration of all easements, the City shall pay the Association $4,125 within <br />thirty (30) days of completion of the project. <br />. Neither the temporary nor the permanent maintenance easements allows the City to <br />construct improvements unrelated to utility or drainage purposes such as trails, roads, <br />etc. If the City disturbs the property surface of the Association's property as a part of <br />its maintenance activities, at the City's expense, the City will restore the property <br />surface and surrounding area to its original condition - i.e. sod, seed, plants etc. The <br />final exact footage of the easement will not exceed the maximum 300 square feet for <br />the Utility Easement and/or the 5200 square feet for the Drainage Easement for a total <br />of 5500 square feet maximum. <br />.
