The following are supplemental definitions. <br /> <br />(a) "Association" shall mean Ramsey County Public <br />Works Facility Condominium Association, a <br />Minnesota non-profit corporation. <br /> <br />(b) Board of Directors" or "Board" shall mean the board of <br />directors of the Association. <br /> <br />(c) "Common Elements" shall mean and refer to all <br />elements referred to in Article 8 of this Declaration <br />and as described in the Act. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br />
