<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(d) "Commercial Unit" shall mean any of the units <br />intended for occupancy as a public works facility <br />and/or government office, and includes any garage or <br />parking space specifically allocated thereto on the <br />Plat. <br /> <br />(e) "Governing Documents" shall mean this Declaration <br />and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the <br />Association, as amended from time to time. <br /> <br />(f) "Member" shall mean any person or entity holding <br />membership in the Association. <br /> <br />(g) "Unit" shall mean a platted lot as shown on the CIC <br />Plat, subject to this Declaration, upon which a <br />Commercial Unit is located or to be located, including <br />all improvements thereon, but excluding Common <br />Elements. <br /> <br />(h) "Owner" shall have the same meaning as "Unit <br />Owner" as setforth in Section 515B.1-103(36)ofthe <br />Act but excluding contract for deed vendors, <br />mortgagees and other secured parties within the <br />meaning of Section 515B.1-103(30) ofthe Act.
