In addition staff pointed out <br />that the proposed setback from the parking ramp to the south property line should be 60 feet <br />(instead of the 90 shown). The current surface parkiug lot is setback 90 from the south property <br />line. <br /> <br />In addition to the II conditions of approval that were listed in the Planning Commission Report, <br />. 2 other conditions were added at the meeting by staff and approved by the Planning Commission. <br />Since the conditious were not originally written down, the wording that was used was somewhat <br />confusing.
