He <br />indicated they were willing to work with the neighbors regarding the noise issue from the <br />fans. <br /> <br />Chair Sand closed the public hearing at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Larson moved, seconded by Commissioner Ricke to recommend approval <br />of Plamring Case No, 03-25, Guidant Master Plan PUD (Second) Amendment, 4100 <br />North Hamline Avenue, subject to the two conditions as outlined in staff's September 2, <br />2003 report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ricke requested a friendly amendment to require Guidant to work with <br />neighbors and staff with respect to the noise issue. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />PLANNING CASE #03-24 - GUIDANT CORPORATION. 4100 HAMLINE <br />AVENUE NORTH. SITE PLAN REVIEW GUIDANT BUILDING N <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the public hearing at 8:37 p,m. <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers stated applicants were requesting a Site Plan Review for Building N. Staff <br />recommended approval based on the following conditions: <br /> <br />I. The applicant shall submit to the City a landscape performance bond or other surety <br />for 125% of the cost of materials and installation, valid one year from the date of <br />installation, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District, MPCA. and other governmental entities. <br />3. The applicant shall comply with the Zoning Code and related municipal ordinances. <br />4. The applicant shall provide the number of handicapped accessible parking spaces and <br />access aisles required by the State Building Code and ADA requirements. <br />5. The applicant shall submit final site plans and parking plans, showing proof of <br />parking for Building N and the revised handicapped parking, to the City prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />6. The applicant shall verifY with Fire Marshal the fire hydrant locations around the <br />building. <br />7. The applicant shall verifY with Fire Marshal if fire alarm panels will remain in current <br />locations. <br />8. The applicant shall verifY with Fire Marshal if the south entrance is going to be the <br />main entrance. <br />9. That the applicant shall submit revised floor plan showing the dead end corridor <br />being extended to the outside (north side) not through the storage receiving area per <br />approval of the Building Official. <br />
