<br />. r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br />EN HILLS <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />6.F <br /> <br />September 29, 2003 <br /> <br />Agenda Item <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />Peter Rellegers, City Planne@ <br /> <br />Case #03-24 <br />Guidant Corporation <br />4100 North Ramline Avenue <br />Site Plan Review Building N Addition <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a Site Plan Review for Building N (formerly the Friskes <br />building). <br /> <br />Update <br /> <br />At the meeting it was discovered that the height of 40 feet for Building N was for four silos <br />which were removed after Guidant gained ownership of the building. The height of the building <br />without the silos is 26 feet and the proposed addition would maintain that same height. <br />Therefore a height variance would not be required as had been indicated in the Planning <br />Commission Report. <br /> <br />In addition to the 8 conditions of approval that were listed in the Planning Commission Report, 2 <br />other conditions were added at the meeting by staff and approved by the Planning Commission. <br />Since the conditions were not originally written down, the wording that was used was somewhat <br />confusing. Staff has changed some of the wording for these last two conditions but the intent of <br />the conditions remains the same. <br /> <br />PC #03,24- CC Report 09/29/2003 - Page 1 of3 <br />
