Storm Scwcr Improvement District <br />The City Council may, at its discretion, construct and finance storm sewer <br />improvements by utilizing a storm sewer tax district, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statute 444.16 through 444.2 I. <br /> <br />2. Storm Sewer Trunk Facilities <br /> <br />a. Ponds <br />A basin or wetland constructe <br />easement for the purpose <br />retention (permanent) <br />combination of both. <br />District (RCWD), w <br />control flow discharge <br />permitting proces <br /> <br />b. The latera] facilities also include <br />strcct overland flow and inlet structures such as catch basins, manholes <br />and flared end sections. <br /> <br />4. Storm Sewer Taxing District <br />A drainage area detcrmincd by using topographical maps and surveys that <br />mutually benefit from storm sewer improvcments in conformance with <br />Minnesota Statute, Section 444.16 through 444.21 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2004 Assessment Policy Manual- Page 18 <br />
