However, it may be the Council's desire to limit the <br />process to a certain extent. Therefore, staff has come up with the alternatives outlined in the next <br />section <br /> <br />Alternatives <br /> <br />Language could be added to the Zoning Ordinance to limit the timelines for the Master and Final <br />Plan by adding caps to the amount of time permitted or adding caps for the amount and time of <br />extensions.
