When asked ifthe bridge funding would score higher based upon a sidewalk <br />extension to the west, Sue indicated that no specific grading criteria addressed that possibility <br />however some graders may grant higher scores to a project with a broader impact to the <br />communities sidewalk/trail network based upon their personal view of the project. <br />
