Any cmployce may submit to thc Employcc Rccognition Committec (ERe) an <br />idealconccptJproccss/solution that was implcmentcd within the City which <br />resulted in significant cost savings or grcatly improved cfficicncy or safcty for thc <br />City within the given ycar. <br /> <br />Applications will bc judged based on the following eligibility standards and critcria: <br />1. Eligibility of employccs to participatc in thc program. <br />All cmployees bclow the classification of department bead are cligible <br />to receive awards. <br />2. Acceptablc Suggestions- <br />. Reducc costs, duplication, time, safety, labor, spacc, <br />materials/supplics, rccords, forms, accidents, cncrgy resources, or <br />storagc filing space. <br />.
