This approach <br />allows for the City to address storm drainage and water quality issues, which typically cannot be <br />effectively solved on a street by street basis. Additionally, the neighborhood approach provides <br />some economy of constrnction costs and limits impacts to neighborhoods for one season of <br />construction instead of multiple seasons over a period of several years. <br /> <br />This feasibility report is organized into 10 sections which begin with an outline of the existing <br />conditions and deficiencies of the project area followed by descriptions of the proposed <br />improvements, additional options where appropriate and concludes with a summary of the <br />project costs, funding and proposed schedule. The report includes three appendices providing <br />additional detail and clarification with graphic exhibits, detailed constmction cost estimates and <br />preliminary assessment roles. <br /> <br />URS <br /> <br />2 <br />
