It could be part of new council training. <br /> <br />BUILDING THE COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA and PACKETS <br /> <br />Michelle will create more condcnse meeting packets, including a shorter list of upcoming <br />Council agenda items. <br /> <br />Michelle will prcpare a more useful Consent agenda. <br /> <br />Whenever possible, Council members are expected to let Michelle know on Monday if <br />he/she is pulling an item from the Consent agenda. A brief question is allowable <br />during the Consent agenda section of the meeting. The Mayor should make sure <br />such a quick question does not become a drawn-out discussion. <br />
