Tear down does not factor in labor <br />costs. <br /> <br />(3) OPTION C: Build a small portable building that can be stored off site during the off <br />season and brought in during the rink season. . <br /> <br />This option is explained in Option C under Freeway and Hazelnut Parks. <br /> <br />The estimated annual cost for this option would be a one time fee of $5,000 (does <br />not include labor) plus a one time electrical relocation fee of $1,423. We would <br />also incur a one time $285 fee for a 20 yard dumpster. These figures do not <br />factor in building or tear down labor costs. <br /> <br />4) OPTION D: Renovate Valentine Park to fix the drainage/grading issues. <br /> <br />. The current condition of the park is a direct cause of thc rink quality being poor. <br />Renovation of the park possibly could alleviate the maintenance issues and <br />increase attendance. <br /> <br />. This estimated cost does not include replacement of play structure (proposed <br />replacement cost $55,000), warming house building, or ball field. <br /> <br />Thc estimated cost for this option would be approximately $220,000. <br /> <br />For a specific breakdown of estimated costs for this option, please refer to the <br />attached memo from Kristine Giga, City Engineer.
