The applicant and their contractors shall work with the City <br />Planner and City Forcster to save as many existing, healthy, and well placed trees as <br />possible in the areas designated as landscape space. <br />17. Mechanical Screening. All mechanical operating equipment shall be screened to <br />meet City regulations. Mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the <br />neighboring residential areas or the daycare. <br />18. Fencing. Decorative fencing shall be erected around the pond at the northeast corner <br />of the property to increase pedestrian safety. The fence shall require a permit and <br />shall not exceed six feet in height. <br />19. Park Dedication.
