<br />4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular <br />Councl I Meeting <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />July 26, 1971 <br /> <br />Request for Variance to DOQ Ordinance <br />Mrs. Justine O'Connor was present and discussed her letter to the <br />Council, which asked that she be allowed to breed and raise a limited <br />number of dogs over and above the required limit of two on her <br />residential property at 1970 Stowe Avenue. After discussion of the <br />matter, the Councl I tabled the request to the next meeting and asked <br />the Clerk Administrator to furnish Councilmen Henderson and Hollenhorst <br />with a copy of Mrs. O'Connor's ~etter and to send copies of the current <br />Dog Ordinances to Mrs. O'Connor and to the CouncIl. <br /> <br />REPORT OF CLERK ADMINiSTRATOR STROMQUIST <br /> <br />Claims <br />Motion was made by R. Herrick, seconded by S. Olmen, that the July <br />claims be approved, as presented.
