Hollenhorst moved that <br />the Specifications for insurance for the additIon to the VJllage <br />Hal I and Maintenance Building be amended to change the two-year <br />completed operation reference to one year; seconded by R. Herrick. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD LUND <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sanitar Sewer Plans - Metro Sewer Board <br />Engineer un a vised the ounc I t at a questionnaire has been <br />received from the Metro Sewer Board which he estimates will require <br />several hours to answer. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator was requested to ascertain from the Metro Sewer <br />Board If the approved comprehensive sewer plan already submitted Is <br />sufficient for their needs. or if completion of the questionnaire <br />is considered essential. <br /> <br />Metro Council - Extension of Sewer Interceptors <br />Engineer Lund reviewed a letter from the Metro Council re the ex- <br />tension of sewer Interceptors, and recommended that the Sewer Board <br />be requested to use "caution" In the extension of Interceptors Into <br />open areas not intended to be developed. L~er was referred to <br />the Plannlng Commission to consider and report to the Council. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 16. and Water Improvement No. 70-1 <br />Engineer Lund advised the Council that the two property owners on <br />County Road F (Mr. Steve Krannak and Mr. George Reiling) have been <br />advised, by letter, to advise where they desire the water and sewer <br />servIce locations; to date Mr. Reiling has not replied and Mr. <br />Krannak has not determined where he wants the services located. <br /> <br />The Council requested Engineer Lund to advise the property owners <br />that If the service locations are not designated, the services will <br />not be constructed and t~e property owners will be responsible tor <br />the construction cost at a later date. <br /> <br />REPORT OF TREASURER WORTH G. READ <br /> <br />Arden Hllls-Rosevll Ie State Bank Agreement <br />Treasurer Read advised the Council that the agreement has been signed <br />by Rosevllle State Bank and by himself, and Is now ready for Council <br />consideration. <br /> <br />E. G. Henderson moved, seconded by R. HerriCk, that <br />be adopted, approving the agreement, as presented. <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />the resolution <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCilMAN JOHN HOLLENHORST - Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />J. Hollenhorst Introduced Mr. Larry Squires, recently appointed <br />BuIlding Inspector (Code Enforcement Officer) to the Council. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau welcomed Mr. Squires to the Vi Ilage In hIs new capacity <br />and offered the Council's cooperation. <br /> <br />J. Hollenhorst moved that the Council authorize a $25.00 per day <br />expenditure to compensate Mr. SquIres during his attendance at a <br />three-day conference on March 29 - 31, 1971, plus the cost of the <br />conference; total expenditure - $105.00; seconded by S. Olmen. <br />Motion carrIed unanimously. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN RONALD HERRICK - Parks and Recreation, Human <br />Rights and Ordinance Review <br /> <br />Perry Park Plan <br />R. Herrick advised the Council that plans for Perry Park have been <br />prepared and wi Ii be submitted to the Planning Commission for review <br />on April 6, 1971. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
