Road Easement at 3453 Lake Johanna Blvd. . A letter, dated September 29, 1971, from Mr. Bertram Schwartz, was rev I ewed by Engl neer Lun d. Eng i nssrLund reported that the re is no Indication in our records that the easement referred to in Mr. Schwartz' letter is a pUblic easement. Mr. O'Kelly referred the Council to the Sept. 30, 1971, Investment, and Cash Balances Report. He reviewed Treasury Bills purchased, .85 they relate to the HUD Account and he briefly reviewed other inve.t- ments held by the Village to date. . Tax Withholding Deposits Mr. O'Kelly reported that the Vi I /age Is naif usIng the Rosevl I Ie State Bank instead of the Minneapolis Reserve Bank for placi~9 employee tax WiThholding deposits. -2-
