NO. 116 AND AMENDING ORD. 49, ALL RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, BY CHANGING THE RATES AND CHARGES PRESCRIBED FOR SEWAGE DISP0SAL AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES AND COLLECTION PROCEDURES, as read; seconde~ by S. Herrick moved approval of the amended HUn agreement as read, authorizing execution. thereof by the Village; seconded by J. Hollen- horst. Motion carried unanimously. Northwestern ColleQe Sewer Easement Modification A letter from Attorney Courtney, dated March I, 1971, was reviewed by Attorney Courtney, recommending modification of the Northwestern Col lege Sewer Easement, which he explained has been executed by Northwestern College. J. Hollenhorst moved approval of the easement modification, as recom- mended, authorizing execution by the Village: seconded by E. G. Henderson. Motion carried unanimously. . It was moved by S. Olmen and seconded by E. G. Henderson, that the Construction Contract be approved, subject to Attorney Courtney check- Ing the Insurance Certificate with the insurance agent to determine that the Insurance Certificate conforms to the Specifications.
