If neither of these can <br />be accomplished, $he was asked to request Wm. Hlte Insurance Agency <br />to submit a six-month Builders Risk policy rate. <br /> <br />Fire Service COntracts <br />Upon advice of Attorney Courtney that the Fire Service Contract Is <br />in proper form, Hollenhorst moved approval of the Fire Service <br />Contract for 1971; $12,540.00 to be paid for such service; seconded <br />by Olmen. READ <br /> <br />Absent - No report. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN JOHN HOLLENHORST - Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Case No. 71-3, 19dustrlal Building Proposal <br />Hollenhorst move approval of the Industrial BuildIng Proposal, subject <br />to the Planning Commission recommendations outlined in the Minutes of <br />the SpecIal Planning Commission. Meeting on February 16, 1971; seconded <br />by Herrick. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ap~olntment of VlilaQe Building Inspector <br />Councilman Hollenhorst submitted drafts of the Minutes of the Planning <br />Commission subcommittee meetings dated February 7, 1971 and February II, <br />1971 re Itls recommendations for appointment of a Village Building <br />Inspector. <br /> <br />After discussion, It was determined to delay the appointment until the <br />March 8, 1971 CQuncli meeting, at which time all reports will be avail- <br />able for Council consideration. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN E. GRAY HENDERSON - Finance and Municipal <br />Buildings <br />Rendering Plant License Fee <br />Herrick moved that the CouncIl concur with the recommendations of the <br />Finance Committee, to approve the Rendering Plant license fee In the <br />amount of $100.00 for 1971; to refer the proposed ordinance, submitted <br />by the rendering plant, to the Ordl~ance Review CommIttee, for it's <br />recommendations to the Councl I; seconded by Hol lenhorst.
