MR< CMIEL: Hoa about putting t,ro elbows on the end and
shooting it back? We sometimes go over the engineering plans
(inaudib2e)<
iR, CHRISTOFFERSEN: I think that would add considerable
amount to the cost.
PAR, CPQIELc That's my feeling,
MR, xUSNIKe You tal.k about dead-end lines and we have
2ived in a situation like this in Little Canada and (inaudible)
for 6 or 7 years and I believe engineers believe all lines not
for feasibility (inaudible) because of cuhether you got a
breakdown one side you have uninterruptible service except for
stop (inaudible) but my recommendation is if somebody wants
water on the west side of Round Lake today, let°s leave them
have it, but leave them stop short of Highway 96 coming up that
way, and we lived in Little Canada for years and aZl they do is
flush out the last hydrant on the line,
AfR, TOM HELLER, 1118 Juliet, St. Paul; I own a couple of
pieces of land on the east side of Round Lake on Old Highway
i0 and I'd like to oppose the 1ine.
MAYOR CREPEAUe Anyone else?

MRS, JOHN CMIEL, 4535 Lakeshore Place: taould you explain
that (inaudiblej?
A1R, CHRISTOFFERSENa Lakeshore Place is in on the base
plan,
MRSa CMIEL: I'd like to go on record as being (inaudible).
We were told this issue was dead for five years, but again, we
don't need ite
MAYOR CREPEAU The Council didn't initiate this, This
is being initiated by more than 35$ of the property owners.
They're asking for water service so we have to have another
public hearing for those people. The Council doesn't nee@ the
water - the 35 of the people want it. Anyone else?
NiRe GLENN BEGGIP7, 9519 Lakeshore Placec I'm opposed to
the water going by my property. I'm on the intersection where
the water comes across Highway 10 and it loop5 back down, I'm
interested in the quality of the water that will be delivered
to us as we read more reports of that water smelling and
needing chemica2s added to it and whether any studies are
beinq done as to the amount of money necessary to put in spot
wells within a community which you know is a more stdern tech-
nique (inaudible) but I don't know why we can't have reports
of (inaudible) a well aould take to service the lakeshore
{inaudible) in the £uture you're talking about eight or ten
15
