However, thc County has <br /> sent the City a letter stating that thc two acccss points will be approvcd as proposed when <br /> the applicants se\cct a contractor to complete the access points (Attachment 3B-1 ). <br /> In thc preliminary plat documentation, thc eastcrnmost lot was refcned to as Lot I, <br /> Howevcr, in the final plat documentation, thc eastcll1most lot is referred to as Lot 3 on <br /> the Final Plat and as Lot I on the other plans. The preliminary plat included a condition <br /> requiring thc eastell1most lot to usc Lakc Johanna Blvd as thc ot1icial access point for the <br /> property as opposed to Siems Court. In ordcr to bc clear, the final plat includcs a rcvised <br /> condition requiring all thrce lots to use Lake Johanna Blvd as the official access points <br /> for each property. This access requirement is already relkcted in thc submittcd plans. <br /> 12. Rice Creek Watershed District Permit. The applicant shall obtain all necessary <br /> permits, including the wetland fill permit, from Ricc Crcck Watershed District before the <br /> final plat is approved. <br /> . The Rice Crcek Watershed District (RCWD) approved the Final Plat and wetland till <br /> permit for Lake Johanna Woods in permit 06-098 on January 12, 2007 (Attachment 3B- <br /> I). The applicants had been working with the RCWD prior to the fOl1nal approval date to <br /> do some grading work on the propet1y. To date, all work done on the property has been <br /> in confonnance with RCWD regulations. <br /> B. Additional Permits. The applicant shall bc rcsponsiblc for obtaining al] othcr necessary <br /> permits from Ramsey County, the State of Minncsota Dcpartment of Natural Resources <br /> and any othcr govcming agcncies wherc applicablc prior to approving thc final plat. <br /> As pm1 ofthc Rice CrcckWatershed District pcrmitting process, the applicants reccived a <br /> National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) pell11it from the Minnesota <br /> Pollution Control Agcncy. <br /> 17. Soil Borin2s.
