Precast concretc and concrete block linishes are not uncommon <br /> in thc GB Zone, though it is no longer a pennitted material for new construction or <br /> additions. The newer buildings at the south end of the GB Zone arc in conformance <br /> with the building material requirements of the GB Zone. The proposed grey and red <br /> metal composite material on the Grainger entrance is unlikely to detract from <br /> neighboring properties or development.
