The proposcd scope of work includes services for preliminary engineering, preparation of tinal plans, and <br /> c.onstmction services for the proposed street improvements on the residential streets indicated in the City <br /> of Arden Hill's Capital Improvement Plan Ii:.lr the 2007 Pavement Management Program. <br /> BASIC SERVICES <br /> Design & Feasibility Report <br /> Rosevil1e will provide preliminary engineering services for the proposed projecl. Roseville will conduct <br /> field reviews of the project site as necessary and prepare presentation graphics and exhibits for puhlic <br /> infonnation. Rosevilk: will make modifications to the proposed improvement scope as directed by City <br /> staff :.md the Council. Roseville will prepare and conduct a neighborhood meeting during the preparation <br /> of the feasibility report in order to educate the public amI to promote project involvement with the <br /> residents. Roseville will present the findings of the feasibility report to City Council including the <br /> preparation of a presentation tix the Council at a formal Public} learing. <br /> FinalOl'sign <br /> Roseville will prepan~ final pl,ills and specifications for the project. City staJTwill provide as-built <br /> information as needed for the project. Final plans and specifications will he prepared to City standards <br /> and will include removal plans. utility reconstruction plans, grading plans, and details, as necessary for <br /> the 2007 Pavement Management Program. Final plans and specifications will be submitted to City statf <br /> for review and comment.
