Depending on the different survey options that the City implements, Decision Resources may <br />be the most expensive proposal. <br /> <br />National Citizen Survey Orl!anization, Inc.: <br />The second quote was received by the National Citizen Survey Organization of Boulder, <br />Colorado. The National Citizen Survey Organization is proposing to conduct a mail survey of <br />1,200 Arden Hills residents. The National Survey Organization would perform the printing, <br />mailing, data entry, and analysis of the information and a final report comparing the City of <br />Arden Hills to other US cities. <br /> <br />Ouoted Price: <br />The projected cost to conduct a 35 question unit survey is $8,400.00. An additional cost of <br />$1,350.00 would be charged to the City for adding one open ended question to the survey. The <br />City would also be responsible for additional costs such as on-site presentations, travel time, <br />phone data, and demographic/geographic information.
