National Research Center, Inc. submitted the most inexpensive proposal to the City. <br />. National Research Center, Inc. is a national company that works closely with the <br />International City Managers Association (ICMA). The City of Arden Hills would be able <br />to compare its responses to other cities throughout the country that of comparable sizes <br />and demographics. <br />Con's ofthe Proposal Submitted bv National Citizen Survev Orl!:anization. Inc.: <br />. National Research Center, Inc. is located out of Colorado and this could be a draw back <br />for the City with long-distance communication and additional traveling costs. <br />. National Research Center, Inc. provides its clients with thirty-four core questions. The <br />City of Arden Hills would be responsible for the costs associated with having additional <br />or open ended questions added to the survey. Due to the uniqueness of the TCAAP <br />project, the City would have to add additional questions to the survey in order to obtain <br />data that would be helpful to the City in preparing for this project. <br />.
