Community workshop #2 will <br />allow public review and comment on issues and directions that form the <br />basis for the preparation of the draft plan. HKGi will work with the City <br />to facilitate a discussion to review the set of assumptions to be addressed <br />in the plan. <br /> <br />4.4 Meet with the Planning Commission/City Council to Review <br />the Outcome of Community Workshop #2. Review input received <br />at the Workshop. Modify the text and graphics contained in the <br />Technical Memorandum prepared in Task 4.1 as the basis for the <br />preparation of the plan chapters. <br /> <br />Deliverables: ThefoUowing deliverables will be part of Task 4 <br /> <br />o Technical Memorandum outlining planning issues and assumptions <br />o Materials required for Community Workshop #2 <br />o Summary of Workshop #2 <br />o Modified Technical Memorandum <br /> <br />Staff Responsibilities: <br /> <br />o Participating in the planning issues meeting. <br />o Advertising Community Workshop #2. <br />o Send out Planning Commission/City Council meeting materials. <br />o Preparation of meeting notes from the Planning Commission/City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Develop Draft Comprehensive Plan and <br />Supporting Implementation Strategies <br /> <br />This task is focused on applying the information generated through Task 4 to <br />efforts to draft various sections of the Comprehensive Plan. The Plan will include <br />applicable supporting public policies and strategic implementation initiatives. <br />The draft Plan will be a readable, illustrative document with maps, photographs, <br />sketches, diagrams and supporting narrative to allow people to fully understand <br />the direction established by the Plan. It will also provide the requisite technical <br />information to ensure that public actions needed to implement the Plan are clear <br />and achievable. For purposes of this Work Program, the content of the <br />Comprehensive Plan update is anticipated to match that of the 1998 Plan. In <br />order to make the plan more readable and "user friendly", HKGi will work with <br />City staff to restructure the organization of the plan and establish an overall <br />graphic style and format. <br /> <br />Task 5 <br /> <br />This task will be a collaborative effort between HKGi, URS, SEH and City staff as <br />noted in the respective subtasks that follow. As available, the Plan will <br />incorporate newly prepared plans for the TCAAP area addressing land use, <br />
