What is the route for school buses from Mounds View High School to the TCMP
site? Also bus routes to Shoreview, North Oaks, and other northern communities?
. This finally stated some information we needed to know. Not just speculation. Not
it's real.
. Easier access to Long Lake. Difficult to cross when on foot or on bike. Unsafe
unless you are driving. Coming from the east while on Highway 96 is difficult to see
Highway 60 traffic from the south. Need bike paths on Highway 96 to Old Highway
8, to easily get to Long Lake Regional Park.
. Amount of traffic on Highway 96.
. Seems that Concept 2 is the best.
. Try to accommodate the residents in the trailer court and the businesses in that
triangle.
. I have to cross it this evening. I like #2 over all other viable options. Prefer #5
overall.
. Congestion, safety, obsolete, pollution (air especially).
. Concept 2 is best.
. Traffic volume, wait time at lights. Safety.
. Main concern is being able to get in/out of Keithson Drive. Access onto Highway 96
- it's been getting steadily worse (and more dangerous).
. I think the state should take the money from the HJO-96 intersection, the 1694-H10
intersection and improve the 135W-1694 intersection and close HJO-96.
. Safety is my greatest concern due to the speed of traffic on Highway 10. Cars and
trucks not paying attention to the traffic signals can cause serious accidents.
. We don't use 10 (old) when school is letting out.
. I agree that improvements are needed as a matter of civic concerns in view of
anticipated traffic increases. The additional signalized intersection on 96 between
HamlinelSnelling and Old Highway 8 are a detriment in terms of my personal travel
but I think they are unavoidable if thru traffic on 10 is a must.
. Recent signal improvements have improved the intersection's traffic flow
