The lack of a pedestrian crossing on the Arden Hills side. <br /> <br />13. Trunk Highway 10/CSAH 96 - Access mobility to both downtowns is an advantage for <br />the City. <br /> <br />14. Interstate-694 <br />. No expansion at Lexington A venue intersection is planned. <br />. No Pedestrian crossing East of Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />15. Red Fox Road/Grey Fox Road is a "land locked" parcel <br />. There is no access from County Road E to Grey Fox Road. <br />. The area is isolated. Improved vitality could be attained with improved <br />transportation. <br /> <br />16. The only access to Keithson Avenue is from CSAH 96. Due to poor visibility, there is <br />difficulty getting onto CSAH 96. <br /> <br />17. Access for non-signalized streets is becoming difficult on CSAH 96. <br /> <br />18. There is poor striping on Old Highway 10 from County Road E2 to County Road F. <br /> <br />19. It is imperative to maintain a full interchange at Interstate-35W/CSAH 96. <br />. Improvements will be required to meet future needs. <br /> <br />20. There is school congestion on Valentine Lake Road. <br />. High school parking causes kids to park off-site <br /> <br />21. Lexington Avenue, south of CSAH 96, is difficult for the neighborhood to access. <br /> <br />22. There are speed limit issues on New Brighton Road and Lake Johanna Boulevard <br />(enforcement issue - not transportation). <br /> <br />23.
