The
Eno Foundation's Parking document indicates that thc actual supply of parking should bc 10 pcrcent
grcatcr than the estimatcd demand. Such additional supply will provide reserve capacity to allow for
cruising vehicles in search of a space, for snow storage and for other factors that cause inefficiencies.
With the 10 percent factor, the total parking supply needed is 349 spaces (317 multiplied by 1.1).

CONCLUSIONS

Based on the parking review and the calculations presented in this memorandum, the minimum number of
parking spaces that should be provided on the sitc upon completion of the proposcd redevelopment is 349
spaces. As presented earlier, the currcnt sitc plan shows a total of 408 parking spaces. Thus, the currcnt
site plan will provide adequatc parking supply to meet thc projcctcd demand upon completion of the
proposed redevelopment.

I For all uses on the site upon cOIllpletion of the proposed redevelopment, peak period parking demand on .1 Salurday is grealer
tll<111 peak demand on a typical \vcckday.
