Environmental work as it relates to the development of the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant <br />(TCAAP)- working in Brownfields, environmental document review, review of remediation plans, <br />as well as providing on-site field inspection during the remediation process. <br /> <br />Traffic and Transportation Engineering <br />. Traffic forecasting, capacity analysis, traffic impact studies/mitigation analysis, etc. <br />. Review of Traffic Impact Studies prepared by developers <br />. Environmental documentation <br /> <br />Surface Water Resources Engineering <br />. Compliance review with Stormwater Management Plan <br />. Storm water modeling, storm sewer design and analysis, wetland delineation and mitigation <br />analysis <br />. Storm water Best Management Practice (BMP) design and maintenance <br /> <br />The evaluation panel consisted of the following staff: Greg Hoag, Kris Giga and Deb Bloom. Assistant <br />City Administrator Schawn Johnson was also to be on the panel; with his departure, staff then asked <br />Stacie K vilvang of Ehlers and Associates to assist with the evaluation. The panel reviewed and evaluated <br />the written submittals, based on the following criteria: <br /> <br />TechnicalOualifications <br />. Organizational structure/approach of firm. <br />. Availability of technical staff. <br />. Firm resources/integration of technology. <br />. Problem solving/innovation/client representatives. <br /> <br />Experience <br />. Qualifications and expertise/experience of key personnel. <br />. Demonstrated success/quality offirm's previous and current projects with other cities. <br /> <br />Personnel <br />. Size of company and availability of experienced/qualified staff. <br />. Recognized experts/specialty key personnel. <br />. Longevity and continuity of key staff. <br /> <br />Firm References <br />. Proven ability to lead and/or work together as a team on projects. <br /> <br />Previous Experience <br />. Experience with City stafJJoperations. <br />. Ability to work with MnlDOT and Ramsey County, other agencies. <br />. Proven ability to meet or exceed needs/expectations. <br />
