He was <br />also the lead traffic engineer for numerous traffic studies including the Southeast Waconia AUAR, the City <br />of Montrose AUAR, the Guidant Corporation Traffic Impact Study in Arden Hills, Minnesota and other <br />smaller traffic studies. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNERS <br />Gina M. Mitchell, AICP is a Transportation Planner with over thirteen years of planning experience. She <br />is responsible for completing transportation plans, highway corridor studies, county and city transportation <br />studies, airport zoning ordinances, and leading environmental studies and public involvement efforts for <br />transportation projects. <br /> <br />Ms. Mitchell's experience in transportation planning at Bolton & Menk includes the development of city <br />and co.unty transportation plans and sub-area transportation and environmental studies. With over ten <br />years of city and county planning experience, Ms. Mitchell is adept at identilYing and recommending <br />strategies that can be successfully implemented and building consent on complex, controversial issues. <br /> <br />Dale E. Maul, M.S., RPA is a Transportation Planner with over twenty-two years of Planning Experience. <br />He is responsible for completing Transportation Plans, highway corridor studies, and leading <br />environmental studies and public involvement for transportation projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Maul's experience in transportation planning with the State government includes, corridor studies, <br />transit planning, sub-area studies, reviews of EA Ws, and access management analysis. <br /> <br />As Planning Director for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, he worked with all levels of <br />Government, elected officials, businesses and the general public. Mr. Maul spoke frequently to Chambers <br />of Commerce, transportation groups and the general public. He was responsible for managing a planning <br />unit that covered a broad array of planning activities across the 11 counties that comprised MnDOT <br />District 6. <br /> <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL <br />Jon Huseby, P.E. is the Transportation Department Manager at Bolton & Menk, Inc. He brings over <br />twenty-four years of experience in the transportation engineering field. Mr. Huseby is responsible for <br />managing the highway design, traffic and transportation planning projects for the Transportation <br />Department of Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br /> <br />Prior to joining the firm in February 2003, he was the District Engineer for the Mankato District of the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation. As District Engineer, he worked with all levels of government, <br />corridor advocate groups, elected officials, businesses and the general public. Mr. Huseby frequently <br />represented MnlDOT at public speaking engagements, and was also involved in public participation <br />processes and consensus building efforts. He was directly responsible for managing the broad range of <br />activities associated with a large public works organization.
