The parking expansion includes the use of pervious pavers, which may help reduce the <br />stormwater impact of the proposed project. <br />9. The proposed parking expansion is not expected to have any impacts on campus <br />population or density. <br />10. The park dedication fee is not applicable to this application. <br />II. The proposed building does not conflict with the City's Comprehensive Plan or the intent <br />of the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />On the Landscaping Plan: <br />12. The parking expansion requires the removal of21 trees for a total of285 caliper inches. <br />13. The Zoning Code does not have specific landscaping requirements for parking lot <br />expansions. <br />14. The applicant is proposing to plant 40 new trees for a total of 110 caliper inches. <br />15.
