<br />To whom this may concern: <br /> <br />We are concerned about the proposed Walgreens Drug Store being built in <br />the Arden Plaza Shopping Center. We do not need another drug store in the <br />center and surely not another Walgreens as there is one south on Lexington <br />and east and west on County Rd C. We do not believe that Walgreens wants <br />to build there as they have the neighborhood saturated. This extra drug store <br />may cause the Arden Pharmacy to close and it has been our pharmacy, post <br />office and gift shop. <br /> <br />The traffic is very heavy in that area and the pollution from the extra cars <br />could be significant as it is on Snelling and University. It is difficult to travel <br />in the Lexington and County Rd E area now.
