<br /> <br />~~_ HILLS <br /> <br />Development Review Services <br /> <br /> <br />Client: <br />Cities of Maplewood, Inver Grove Heights, <br />and Chanhassen <br /> <br />Kimley-Horn has assisted the cities of Maplewood, Inver Grove <br />Heights, and Chanhassen with engineering reviews for various private <br />development projects. This has included the review of plans and <br />engineering design information for residential, office, industrial, and <br />mixed-use developments. We have reviewed drainage analysis and <br />reports; roadway design; utility design, including water and sanitary <br />sewer; and grading/erosion control plans. We also have reviewed and <br />completed traffic impact analyses to determine the impact of proposed <br />developments on the surrounding roadway system. As a part of our <br />services, we provided construction observation to verify that private <br />development improvements were being completed in accordance with the <br />approved plans and specifications.
